1. Purpose and Scope
This Client Data Use & Confidentiality Policy governs access to and use of secure client portals, client reports, dashboards, snapshots, analyses, exports, and other client-facing information made available through Prime-Wheels.com, operated by Agile Transport Services LLC, d/b/a Prime Car Rentals.
2. Client-Supplied Information
To the extent a client owns or has lawful rights in information the client supplies to Prime Wheels, those underlying rights remain with the client. Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of a client's underlying source information to Agile Transport Services LLC.
3. Third-Party Information
Information originating from third-party platforms, services, marketplaces, providers, or public sources remains subject to the rights, licenses, restrictions, and terms applicable to those sources. This policy does not grant ownership of third-party information to either Prime Wheels or the client.
4. Prime Wheels Proprietary Work Product
Except where otherwise agreed in writing, Agile Transport Services LLC retains its rights in Prime Wheels software, portal and report design, templates, workflows, methodologies, analytical processes, scoring systems, formulas, derived insights, recommendations, data organization, proprietary compilations, presentation formats, and other original work product created in providing services.
5. Authorized Client Use
Client-facing reports and information are provided for the client's authorized internal business use. A client may use its reports for ordinary business decision-making and may share them with its employees, owners, attorneys, accountants, lenders, insurers, or other professional advisors who have a legitimate need to review them and who are expected to preserve their confidentiality.
6. Restricted Uses
Unless Agile Transport Services LLC provides written permission, client-facing reports, proprietary analytics, methodologies, or portal content may not be resold, commercially redistributed, published as a competing data product, systematically scraped, reverse engineered, used to reconstruct proprietary scoring or analytical methods, or used to build or train a competing service. Proprietary notices may not be intentionally removed from distributed copies.
7. Confidentiality and Access
Secure client links, portal sessions, non-public reports, and non-public analytical materials are intended only for authorized recipients. Clients should use reasonable care to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or distribution and should promptly notify Prime Wheels if secure access is believed to have been compromised.
8. No Transfer of Platform Rights
Access to a client portal or delivery of a report provides a limited right to use the client-facing information for authorized purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the Prime Wheels platform, software, methodologies, analytical systems, templates, or proprietary work product.
9. Relationship to Other Terms
This policy supplements the Prime Wheels Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a written client services agreement contains different terms concerning ownership, confidentiality, or permitted use, the written client agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
10. Updates and Contact
Prime Wheels may update this policy as its services and client reporting systems develop. The current version will be posted on this page. Questions may be submitted through the contact options available on the Prime Wheels website.
